How do I make a purchase?
You can order and pay for items online up to a value of £500 using any major credit or debit card through the PayPal service for secure online card processing. For items over a value of £500 contact us by phone or email so that we can arrange payment by credit card, cheque or direct bank transfer before the goods are shipped.

How do I know if products are in stock?
Unless otherwise shown an item is in stock and available for dispatch. If an item is shown as not in stock you have the option to reserve it in which case a back order payment will be required. A date will be shown when the product is expected to be available. If the item is not available on the expected date we will contact you to advise you of alternative products or offer you a refund.

Can I pre-order Limted Edition items to reserve a piece in advance of it being available?
Yes some of our limited edition models are available for pre-order while we are building them. These items are clearly stated as available for pre-order, along with an estimated date that they will be finished. You have the option of making a deposit payment of 10% to secure one of the edition. When the model is available we will contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding balance prior to delivery.

How do you send my goods?
We use a range of courier delivery companies to deliver our goods worldwide, mostly UPS with a guaranteed next day delivery to most parts of the world. All goods are fully insured and very carefully packed to reduce the possibility of damage. Please do allow 28 days for delivery.

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to return the goods and replace them or refund you.

Can I request a particular time and date for delivery?
If you place your order by phone or email we will make every effort to accommodate your special requirements with regard to the date of delivery but we cannot say what time of day the delivery will be made. Our couriers normally deliver from Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00 excluding public holidays.

What happens if I am at work when the courier company tries to deliver?
They will leave you a card to let you know they.ve been, with a contact and reference number for you to call them and arrange an alternative delivery address, or another day for delivery.

Do all prices include VAT?
We sell in three currencies:
- UK Pounds Sterling (£)
- Euros (.)
- US Dollars ($)
Pounds Sterling and Euro prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be applied to deliveries within the EU at the check out stage. Deliveries outside the EU will not be charged VAT but may be subject to import duty or local taxes at the point of delivery.
