Bugatti has just unveiled their incredible modern interpretation of the seminal 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic – La Voiture Noire. We look forward to modelling this extraordinary new car once all details of the final design are settled. The original 1938 car has been missing for more than 70 years since it was ‘evacuated’ to Bordeaux from Molsheim at the outbreak of World War 2. We spent hundreds of hours researching this long lost car, and are currently hand building a small batch of perfect 1:8 scale replicas. We have created a model that is a perfect representation of the 57SC La Voiture Noire driven by Jean Bugatti himself in the late 1930’s.
