Aston Martin Vanquish (2013) Centenary Edition

Revealed to the public at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2013, the Vanquish Centenary Edition celebrated the centenary of Aston Martin’s formation in the hands of Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. Every model in the brand’s line-up would receive a centennial variant and the Vanquish was no exception. Each production run would be limited to 100 examples worldwide.

The Centenary Vanquish featured an exclusive graduated paint finish with solid sterling silver Aston Martin wing badges that featured a “trans flux” enamel inlay, which required a 70-hour plus paint process to apply. Inside, Vanquish received the “Deep Soft” black leather, previously restricted to the One-77 hypercar, with contrasting silver stitching, to compliment the car’s exterior paint colour, and a special thread embroidery of the Aston Martin wings in the head restraints. Every car received solid sterling silver sill plaques that were individually numbered. The cars also came with a unique presentation box containing commemorative gifts, including: a pair of glass keys, two bespoke key pouches (made from the same leather used in the interior), solid silver cufflinks, a silver pen, Bang & Olufsen headphones and a silver polishing cloth, for keeping the car’s plaques clean.

This fine 1:8 scale model is of the Aston Martin Vanquish Centenary Edition exactly as it was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2013. It has been handcrafted and finished in our workshops using detailed colour and material specifications, and original CAD data supplied directly from the drawing office of Aston Martin. Furthermore, it has undergone detailed scrutiny by both engineering and design teams to ensure complete accuracy of representation. The doors of this beautiful model can be fully opened or closed to appreciate the intricate interior detailing. Each model comes with its own carbon fibre display base and acrylic cover.
