Aston Martin AMR23 at 1:5 Scale
To mark Fernando Alonso's podium-finishing debut for Aston Martin at the 2023 Bahrain Grand Prix, a private collector approached Amalgam Collection with a bold ambition: to create a one-of-a-kind replica of the AMR23 at 1:5 scale.
Following consultation with our team, the larger scale was chosen to maximise the impact and detail of this unique commission. Working with the support of Aston Martin Formula One Team, our artisans developed the first and only AMR23 ever produced at 1:5 scale, faithfully recreating every aerodynamic surface, livery detail and defining characteristic of the Formula 1 car.
Presented with a bespoke plaque and certificate, the finished model became the centrepiece of the client's collection and a lasting tribute to one of the most memorable moments of Aston Martin's modern Formula One story.
Ferrari 512M at 1:5 Scale
For one private collector, preserving an important car meant capturing it in a form that could be appreciated from every angle. The brief was simple: create a one-of-one replica of their Ferrari 512M at an extraordinary 1:5 scale.
To ensure absolute accuracy, Amalgam's development team worked directly from the collector's car, digitally scanning the vehicle to record its distinctive proportions, surfaces and details. The resulting data formed the foundation for a completely bespoke model, faithfully reproducing the unique character of the original machine.
At 1:5 scale, details often hidden from view become features in their own right. Every element, the cockpit instrumentation, bodywork vents and individual racing decals, was recreated with exceptional precision by our artisans. The finished model became a fitting tribute to a significant automobile, transforming a treasured Ferrari into a one-of-a-kind centrepiece created exclusively for its owner.
