Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to other websites which may be linked through this website.     • Data: Name, email, organisation, job role and survey responses, depending on the survey.

Where information is required to complete an online purchase, we cannot process or fulfil the order without it. Information requested for enquiries, reviews, surveys or downloads is otherwise only required to the extent indicated on the relevant form.

3. Who we share information with

We use service providers and business systems to run our website and operations. Depending on how you interact with us, recipients may include:

  • Shopify (website, ecommerce and related functionality);
  • Hulk Forms (website forms, where used);
  • Microsoft services, including Outlook and other Microsoft systems;
  • SAP customer relationship management and business systems;
  • Klaviyo (email marketing and marketing preferences, where applicable);
  • payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal and Splitit; and
  • providers used for reviews, surveys, delivery, IT support, professional advice or legal/regulatory compliance, where relevant.

Payment card information needed to complete a transaction is processed by the relevant payment provider. We do not receive or retain your full payment card details; we may receive limited transaction information such as the last four digits and card issuer.

4. International transfers

Some providers operate internationally or use affiliates or sub-processors outside the UK. For example, Shopify may use entities and sub-processors in other countries, and Klaviyo operates internationally, including infrastructure in the United States.

Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we use an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or appropriate safeguards, such as recognised contractual safeguards, where required by UK data protection law. 5. How long we keep information
