2025 Q2 Classic GT Model Development Update

Our Classic GT projects continue to gather pace, as we accelerate towards the completion of many prototype models. Below is a first glimpse of our most recent driver and figure pairings, two new editions featuring the legendary Tazio Nuvolari, set to be released later in May. Our 1:4 scale Ferrari 250 GTO V12 Colombo engine replica is ready to be submitted to Ferrari for approval, and we anticipate launching this edition, plus our 1:18 scale model of the 1970 Le Mans winning Porsche 917, in the coming weeks. Our 1:18 scale projects of the Bentley Blower, BUGATTI Type 57SC Atlantic and the Mercedes-Benz 300SL are all making significant progress, and we anticipate we will have models available in time for the holiday season. Additionally, we are also excited to announce the development of an 1:18 scale version of the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR ‘722’ alongside our ongoing project at 1:8 scale, which is anticipated to be completed in Q3. Unforeseen delays and shifting priorities have postponed our development of the 1966 Le Mans-winning Ford GT40, and the first models are now expected in early 2026. Read on to discover the full details and timelines.

Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR

At 1:8 and 1:18 scale

Development is progressing on our 1:8 scale replica of the Mercedes 300 SLR chassis 0004/55, or ‘722’, as driven to victory by Stirling Moss at the 1955 Mille Miglia. The first prototype is expected to be submitted to Mercedes for approval during Q3, with the first batch of models to follow shortly thereafter. We are also excited to reveal that we are creating another model of the same car at 1:18 scale. Current projections for the smaller scale estimate the prototype to be completed at the latter end of the year, with the first batch of models scheduled for early 2026.

We believe that the prototype is nearing completion and will be approved before the end of the quarter.
