Representing the latest offering in Ferrari’s distinguished lineage of coupés, the Ferrari Amalfi combines striking design with innovative technology and exceptional practicality. Flaunting an outstanding V8 engine and a sophisticated monolithic interior, this remarkable berlinetta masterfully redefines the Grand Tourer concept, resulting in a car characterised by its sporting design language and outstanding everyday versatility.

Technical Developments

At the heart of the Amalfi sits the latest evolution of Maranello’s extraordinary 3855-cc twin-turbo V8 from the award-winning F154 engine family. In this application, the power unit offers the coupé 640 cv at 7500 rpm – an exceptional increase in performance which has been elevated by an advanced turbocharging management system, amplifying throttle response and boosting pressure control precision. Significant attention was also paid to reducing weight and improving efficiency throughout the engine, with lightweight camshafts and a redesigned engine block removing unnecessary material while maintaining structural integrity.

Warm-up efficiency was also increased due to the adoption of low-viscosity oil for the first time ever in a Ferrari engine, while additional innovative technical solutions including low-inertia turbines, twin-scroll technology and a single-scroll manifold with equal-length runners further improved the car’s throttle response, allowing for a feeling of a continuous a progressive power delivery. The result is an astounding power train combining exceptional performance with the responsiveness and character expected from a Ferrari Grand Tourer.

A Sculpted Design

Fusing tradition with innovation, the Ferrari Amalfi stands as the latest generation of the 2+ berlinetta archetype, combining the sleek and modern form of the Ferrari Roma with the design language of Ferrari’s 2+ sports cars. The front of the car is defined by a strong sense of purpose and technical sophistication: the long, sculpted bonnet houses the twin-turbo V8, while the absence of a traditional grille creates a cleaner, more contemporary identity. A floating body-coloured wing sits above a dark recessed band subtly incorporating sensors and headlights, while the lower splitter emphasises the car’s sporting character, within which a pair of diffusers has been integrated, allowing for the generation of front downforce.

At the rear, a pronounced character line encompasses the bodywork before concluding in the compact tail. The taillights are veiled by graphic cuts, while beneath, a broad diffuser boldly communicates its aerodynamic function. The Amalfi’s distinctive spoiler further enhances vehicle stability, while the active rear wing has been seamlessly integrated into the tail.

From the side, the coupe’s design follows an elegant, monolithic form, with a sleek wedge-shaped theme stretching across the car, emphasising its poised and dynamic stance. Forged 20-inch wheels sit exquisitely within the car’s proportions, complementing the overall design while preserving ride comfort and everyday functionality. Carbon-fibre detailing accentuates understated elegance and sporting character of the exterior.

An Elegant Interior

Inside, the cocooned cabin features a dual cockpit layout, with a dashboard characterised by the monolithic architecture in which instrument cluster and air vents are combined within a single block. The car’s luxurious and sporting look is enhanced by extensive use of carbon fibre and contrasting stitching, further elevated by the suspended central tunnel, which has been crafted from anodized aluminium.

A newly designed steering wheel demonstrates a return to tactile physical controls, whilst simultaneously reintroducing Ferrari’s iconic aluminium start button which amplifies the relationship between driver and machine from moment of ignition. Practicality has also been enhanced through the 2+ seating configuration, providing additional flexibility for cargo or occasional passengers.

Evoking the car’s sculpted elegance and confident presence, the Amalfi at 1:8 scale is offered in the distinctive Verde Costiera, further enriched by a Tortora interior. Hand-built and assembled with the finest materials, this fine scale model is limited to just 9 pieces, created using original CAD designs, paint codes and material specifications supplied by the Ferrari Design Studio, allowing us to perfectly recreate each detail at scale. Furthermore, the model has undergone detailed scrutiny by Ferrari’s engineering and design teams to ensure complete accuracy of representation.

The Ferrari Amalfi in Verde Costiera is limited to an edition of 9 pieces at 1:8 scale.
