Chiron可以在2.4秒内从静止状态达到62英里/小时（100公里/小时），在6.1秒内达到124英里/小时（200公里/小时），在13.1秒内达到186英里/小时（300公里/小时），在32.6秒内达到248.5英里/小时（400公里/小时）。它还打破了0-249-0英里/小时（0-400-0公里/小时）的纪录，在2英里（3.2公里）的范围内以荒谬的41.96秒完成。凯龙还惊人地成为第一款突破300英里/小时障碍的量产车，当时预生产的凯龙Super Sport 300 +原型车在大众汽车位于Ehra-Lessien的测试设施中以304.77英里/小时（490.48公里/小时）的速度行驶。
