Free Quarterly Mystery Prize Draw 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw (the Draw) is being run by Amalgam Collection Ltd (Amalgam).

Eligibility to enter

3. The Draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who have made a purchase and subsequently respond to Amalgam’s Customer survey.

4. The Draw is open to entrants worldwide, however delivery of the prize to certain destinations is excluded (see point 25 below).

5. Employees, sales agents and contractors of Amalgam or its affiliates are excluded from the draw.

6. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

7. A maximum of one entry per individual per draw is permitted.

8. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

9. The prize draw will be run quarterly and include respondents to Amalgam’s Customer Survey who opt in to the Prize draw.

10. Entrants for each quarterly draw will include only survey respondents since the previous draw. Entries to each draw will not rollover into the next draw and non-winning entrant details will be deleted after the draw has taken place and a winner successfully contacted.

11. The Draw will be made quarterly on each of the following dates: 8 April 2025, 8 July 2025, 7 October 2025 and 6 January 2026. All entries until midnight (GMT/BST) on the day before the draw date will be entered in the draw on the following day. Entries received after that time and date will be included in the next scheduled draw, if no further draw is scheduled then such entries will be deleted.

12. To enter the prize draw simply complete the Customer Survey and provide your email address.

13. Amalgam will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

14. The “mystery” prize will be one Amalgam scale model for each draw. The details of the model will not be announced beforehand and will be as notified to each winner. The size and value of the prize for each draw will vary. The largest prize that will be offered is that of a standard 1:12 scale car model (or model of equivalent value) and at least one prize in the series of draws will be of this size. Other prizes may be of lesser or equal value.

15. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by midnight on each of the closing dates (the day before the draw date).

16. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

17. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

18. The decision of Amalgam regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

19. The winner of each draw will be notified via the email provided by them at the end of the survey.

20. Amalgam will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

21. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Amalgam reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

22. Please allow 7 days from supply of delivery details for despatch of the prize, delivery time will depend on the destination. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

23. All delivery costs, including import taxes and duties are included, subject to points 24 and 25 below.

24. Winners will be required to provide all information necessary to enable customs clearance (if appropriate) and delivery to the destination address. If delay or refusal by the winner to supply such information results in additional costs, failed customs clearance, failed delivery or return of the package, then the prize may be withdrawn and no re-delivery or alternative offered unless the responsibility for payment of such costs is accepted by the winner.

Data protection and publicity

26. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Amalgam and its data processors for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

27. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant (as defined in point 28 below) by contacting us at marketing@amalgam.com

28. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and city/country to any other prize draw participants if requested via Amalgam.

29. An announcement of the winners first name and city/country will be made via Amalgam’s website and/or social media channels.

30. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Amalgam’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

31. Amalgam does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. Amalgam does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

32. Amalgam reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

33. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
